The Chapter is sponsoring a one day Fall Seminar to be held on November 5, 2010 to be held at the Conference Center at the offices of Ruekert and Mielke in Pewaukee.
There will be a morning and afternoon session.

Ethically Speaking
Laws provide only a basis for how to conduct yourself and your business. Decisions are not always clear cut and may need to be subjective.
It is the subjective part of how you conduct yourself that is important. Put yourself above the “Minimum Standards.”
This presentation will include proposals, work ethics, work products, working for the client, moonlighting, and expert witness conduct.

The afternoon session will be:
Recent Development in Easement Law ~
Jesse will discuss, and illustrate with stories from his experiences as a real estate lawyer, recent developments in Wisconsin easement law. Topics will include air rights easements, over burdening an easement, and easements from riparian rights.
Presenter:
Recent Development in Easement Law will be presented by Jesse S. Ishikawa. Mr. Ishikawa graduated from Middlebury College and the University of Michigan Law School. He is currently with the Madison office of Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren, specializing in real estate law.
